that's a pretty good video. Saw it on FB. Really should be standard curriculum for new drivers in drivers ed. They should make this mandatory to see and play with. When you learn to drive if you take formal training (should also be mandatory) they should include trailering. How many friends or family do you know who don't have a clue on how to use a trailer at all? Then at some point in their life they are thrust into towing a Uhaul or get an RV trailer.
Teach them young and it's remembered for life.

In another thread we are talking about cross wind stability, I've seen in real life and of course on the inter web enough wreaked trailers to know it doesn't take much of a cross wind gust to throw off a badly balanced trailer at high speeds.

Load right, and slow down. Uhaul says Max 55 Why? cause they know it can get exponentially more dangerous the faster you go with badly balanced trailers.

on a side note: ford recommends (without a trailer) loading heavy objects above the transits rear axle or in front of it, and i have to wonder about why some here seem to load most of the weight (water tanks and house batteries) behind the rear axle? (i guess towing a trailer that weight would be back there anyway, but why build a transit camper to drive 100 percent of the time like it is pulling a trailer?)
