That configuration will have to be high roof as well. I'm guessing you'll want some creature comforts like cruise control etc, so my guess is there will be very few sitting around on dealer lots . One reason my dealer was so cautious with my order details was that he figured if they screwed it up causing me to back out they might never find another buyer.

I was just assuming that the market for the high roof extended body would be expediters requiring the volume but wanting to keep purchase price down so limiting the luxury options.Is your dealer one of the lower volume dealers around?
