Legend (Canada) offers several flooring options. I like this plywood. I will probably put down sill plate gasket on the van floor high ribs to keep the underside from scratching/moving on the floor paint. (www.amazon.com/Dow-Sill-Seal-Foam-Gasket)
Customer service told me it comes with H channel and scuff plates.
751-112-4442 for Ext Wheel Base. I called a local upfitter and price was $1154.
Once my van comes in, I think I will try the dealer parts department to see if the price is any better.
Since I suck at cutting to fit around wheel wells and corners, factory made may be my best bet.
Also, my transit 350 is loaded with every option, but they could not spec the darn flooring.

Honestly, seeing that I almost wish I had done that for my flooring instead of my own Baltic birch. One and done, super stable and flat I assume, and easy

I’m curious what it looks like for the extended - I.e. how many pieces and how do they attach together. If the H Chanell is proud of the floor service would have been a no-go for me probably

I can attest to the high quality of the KK Plus floor. If you order the 2-piece version, it connects via a jigsaw puzzle shape instead of the H track included with the 3-piece version. See my photos in this thread.

I recall seeing this jig saw pattern at the seam, my 21 came with an H channel that sits flush so nothing will catch on it.

The Ford Parts database that the Dealer Parts guy uses is horrible.
I have been working with databases like Oracle for 14 years.
If you need a part, you may have to help the parts guy.
