I've been purchasing various components from Heatso for a year now and have generally found them to have fast shipping and be helpful in both sales and support (especially a guy named Arnold). In the past two months however I've had difficulty with them through the diagnosis and exchange of a faulty Espar B5E kit water pump. Has anyone else noticed a shift in their dealings with the company?

- Calling their phone number 949-390-9911 and choosing 1 or 2 both lead direct to voicemail regardless of US or UK timezone. No return calls to messages in over a week. I used to get calls back to my number from their support even if I didn't leave a message.
- Their previously live chat support at Heatso.com now results in an out-of-office message regardless of timezone. No replies in over a week.
- I've emailed [email protected] several times following up and only received an initial response asking for a USPS tracking number I'd already provided to them twice. No response in 7 days.
