Aloha! We just got a 2021 AWD MR 148 WB CREW and are looking to maximize space and functionality. What would be bitchin' is to be able to make a bed out of the bench seat. Anyone have any ideas, experience or a reference? Thanks!!!!

Yeah, those were what was sold by Travoisusa.com in the 2nd post, above. Seems their site is now defunct. They are offered now by Travoisvans.com Travois Parts Store
and Vanevolv.com Van Evolve -Adventure Van Seat Beds, L-Track Floors & Swivels

Also, Reimo Variiotech Rock and Roll bed. Not sure if any of the USA Reimo dealers import them, but may be worth following up on Reimo Variotech 3000, Variotech Rock and Roll Bed,<br>Reimo Variotech, Reimo Rock and Roll Bed

Demonworkz USA is making a "Rock-and-Roll" bed Demon Workz | Rock and Roll Beds

Or DIY plans for $200: https://gotmountains.ca/lightweight-diy-rock-n-roll-bed-for-small-vans/

Also custom seating for custom vans and rv

Are any of these options a direct bolt on to existing floor rails for a 2021 Transit Crew?
Did you look at any of them? None of the seat to bed systems here are direct bolt on to Transit OEM rails. JMG Systems makes direct bolt seating for Transit, but no seat-beds. JMG might be amenable to developing one and safety testing it for you, but it would be for major $$$$, I bet.

The thing to do would be to swap a seat frame from the seat you want to replace onto a seat-bed you like. Shouldn't be too hard to engineer and weld up something.
