Now the waiting game begins:laugh:
How much is it costing for a van speced like that?
Me too!I'm trying to get my order in, system isn't letting me because of the rear AC issue...
Any update from the Fleet guy, star gazer?. . . The Fleet guy said it was really screwed up and made a call, still waiting to hear back . . .
The whole concept of the Transit is very appealing - several roof heights, several lengths, several engines, van and wagon plus tons of other options. This has got to push the limit of logistics of the dealers and the factory. I wouldn't be surprised if it took a year or more to work out the kinks in the system. I think patience is called for.Any update from the Fleet guy, star gazer?
Thanks for any insights about all the delays . . .
Agree... Add in the logistics of coordinating all of the just-in-time suppliers where a kink in any one (or many) of those can delay your build, plus ramping delivery method using new rail cars. And, introducing a brand new product with the above mentioned myriad option combinations being assembled in a brand new plant. The whole concept of the Transit is very appealing - several roof heights, several lengths, several engines, van and wagon plus tons of other options.
