I don't have what you're looking for. But, in that other thread you found, a poster mentioned having done it, and that the grill comes out as attached to the bumper (cover). This made more sense to me when I watched some of the assembly-line videos. There's a scene where they're moving a bumper/apron/grill into place as a large unit. You could find those videos here, or on YouTube, by searching ford, transit, assembly, I think.
