Just checking to see if anyone knows where to get this material? It was factory installed on the rear walls of my '16 Transit 250 Cargo. I'd like to do a header in the same material. Tryied contacting Ford, but no one (customer support) seems to know what I'm talking about.

It's got that hexagonal-cell corrugation, for want of better term. I have not seen it anywhere, and have assumed it to be proprietary Ford product.

If you go to a company that makes signs, especially the temporary ones, they use a hollow core plastic material that is very close to what you are looking for. It's about 5/16" thick and they can order 4x8 sheets in different colors.

The factory stuff is Coroplast Stinger- about $50 a 4x8 sheet. I'm covering my van ceiling with Coroplast 5mm white that has just the longitudinal channels not honeycomb, about $15 a sheet.
I wanted the Stinger until I saw the price.

I got mine at Sabic, a distributor of the stuff.

I have the factory 'black' on my walls, but put the coroplast white on my ceiling, from home depot, also about $15 bucks a sheet. I think home depot will order 'black' for you. But I think it is more expensive.

I also didn't want black on the ceiling. Too dark already.
I actually just put my ceiling up with velcro (lots of velcro) with thinsulate above it. It appears to hold okay and I didn't have to drill/cut anything. Also easy to remove to run new wires.

Just be sure to use high heat rated Velcro- I can say from experience the regular stuff won't stay on in vehicles in the summer.

Thanks for the info, I buy from Sabic for my biz. I might spring for the Stinger for the lower panels as I'd like the increased durability. But for the roof and other locations I think the regular Coroplast is the way to go. For the roof it should be easier to install as the linear corrugation should flex easier.

I'm trying to decide if I want to cover the roof panel with a fabric like what is used for headliners to cut down on reflected noise. I was thinking to find some grey to match my cloth seats.

The OEM polypropylene panels are not particularly durable. I turned around with a tool box and managed to poke a hole in one of mine.
