Your dealer should have went into the Ford system and verified the change was made. When the order is input, it has a dealer number and order number attached to it until it gets a VIN. They could access it at any time and see if the change was made. It is the DEALERS responsibility to see the change is made, not the rep. They could have reprinted the order after the change was input to be sure it was changed and given you the printed copy of the changed order.
When Glenn T submitted his order to Matt Ford on his T-250 van, he wasn't sure if he wanted Lunar Sky or Magnetic Metallic. He thought Lunar Sky was what he wanted but had never seen either color until I sent him to a South Texas dealer who happened to have both colors on their lot. His original order was submitted for the Lunar Sky, but after seeing both colors in person, he decided he liked the Magnetic Metallic better and called Ryan Matt to get his order changed. Ryan went into the Ford system and made the change, then sent Glenn T the updated order change via email. He did get the Magnetic Metallic T-250 and picked it up at Matt Ford in Buckner, MO.
