I finally found some time to make a pair of rear wheel arch liners for my wagon before the winter season starts.

Fibreglass sheet bought by the metre from an ironmonger store

Simple, first i make a template from cardboard then copy the template from the cardboard to the fibreglass sheet, put it in place and mark the holes i need to drill, after i drill the holes i put them in place to see that everything is lined up. If everything is ok i just paint them from the backside and attach them with the screws and factory clips.

Did you do the fronts also? Was that cheaper than the Ford option?
