Surprised that nothing has come up about the problem with the MyFord Touch HD/Sirius/NAV radio in the Ford Transit. Still the handed out literature shows it to have a 'CD' yet NONE have ever had it installed in the vehicle. Some Ford dealers have claimed to have contacted Ford Corporate but what has come from it?

Regarding absence of CD as mentioned in "handed of literature", I'd bet all literature from Ford states in fine print that Ford reserves the right to make any changes they want for any reason they want at any time they want without having to notify anyone.

That would make sense, it goes a long way in protecting them and freeing them up from obligations and having to back over previous things. A simple thing that goes a very long way in supporting them.

I took delivery of our Transit Wagon minus the CD player. Had the dealership raise Cain with FOMO and the answer was ............... Nothing. On the upside, Bluebonnet Ford here in New Braunfels was great and they installed a free towing hitch to make it right.

Good news on the dealer's make-right for the missing CD player. If you don't mind I am going to copy your post at the MFT thread.
