I thought you could access the transit blower motor through the glove box opening. No need to remove the dash.Hi, has anyone got any hints tips hacks etc. for replacing blower motor and resistor? Google and Youtube and my local A/C garage say it take 8 hours at least, very expensive. Just thought I'd ask you guys.

Maybe the year of vehicle matters.
