Not in mine either- I'm intimately familiar with under the passenger seat since I installed my Espar heater there. I even reworked the jack bracket to move it over a few inches.

Budsky - Was it much work to move over the jack?

Van Williams
Not really. There 3 studs in the floor, I had to cut one off to get room for the Espar to sit flat on the floor. One is used to secure a tether cable to the jack bracket.

I redrilled the left hole mount about an inch or so closer to the jack, this hole goes over the stud on the left when remounted.

Then I cut off the other side of the bracket ear with an angle grinder. Drilled a new hole near the cutoff point and shot a sheet metal screw into the floor to secure it for now.
I will put a nutsert in to replace the screw when I get some.
Maybe 10 minutes total.

I just noticed in your pic the jack has a nylon strap over the rubber strap holding the jack in the mount- mine just had the rubber strap.

Do you know if the upfitter wiring package is listed on the Build & Price page, or just something you specify when ordering at a dealer?

I didn't see anything named that when I was playing around with my build. It does have the option "Modified Vehicle Wiring System", cost $0, that was added (along with dual batteries and HD alternator) when I selected the upfitter switches.

It was on the 2015 build sheet but I can't swear to the exact wording.

Click on the description of the option and it will specify what it is.

No that I think about it I'm not positive I found that on the Ford website. I also used another build site that was more complete. It might have been cars.com or one of the similar sites.

When I actually ordered I had a build sheet from both sources because neither one listed everything. I just gave the salesman the option codes and he entered it in the computer.

RandomJoe,

For the 2015's it was listed under the "Van / WagonAvailable Equipment", as an option for both.

User-defined upfitter switches (4) (67C) (requires heavy-duty alternator and dual heavy-duty batteries; includes Modified Vehicle Wiring System and customer connection point)

It was $85.00.

While exploring my new van, I found these two connectors under the passenger seat, next to the jack.
Who can tell me what these are for?

Van Williams

Still a mystery.
