So our 2016 wagon must've had a sticky screen cover on it from the factory that has left a residue on the screen. Small amounts of water aren't taking it off, but does anyone have any non-abrasive ideas to try so we can make the screen as clean as possible?

Thanks!

I would used some of those eyeglass cleaners that come in the little packs that look like those little hand wipes you get when you order messy foods like wings (but DON'T use those hand wipes).
Or use the little spray bottle of cleaner and soft cloth that you get at the eyeglass stores.
OR a microfiber cloth and the spray you use on computer screens or flat screen TVs.

I'd probably do what my owner's manual says-

Cleaning the Touchscreen Display
Use a dry, clean, soft cloth. If dirt or
fingerprints are still visible, apply a small
amount of alcohol to the cloth. Do not pour
or spray alcohol onto the display. Do not
use detergent or any type of solvent to
clean the display.

Note- this is in the 2015 Owner's Manual- doesn't seem to be in the 2016 Owner's Manual:s

In desperation I searched my 2016 manual and somewhere it said to use the enclosed cloth (which I had ignored). Somehow it magically worked where nothing else would.
