From the pictures I have seen with the engine being so far under the hood, changing the plugs looks like a pain in the rear. Anyone have experience with this job?

Sorry, I’m 4 months late in responding.

it’s not a bad job if everything goes right, biggest annoyance is getting all the zip tied electrical harness off of the studs they are attached to.

Unfortunately, i had an adventure where the #5 coil bolt was seized. Despite all the patience and penetrating oil, I still broke it off with a 1/4” ratchet. I drilled and extracted the broken bolt out, but found out I drilled through and through into the top of the engine. So, I wound up changing the valve cover. lol, my avatar is a pic of the broken coil bolt.

I don’t feel so bad. there’s a YouTube named “homie hector” who has a spark plug video out. He also broke the #5 coil bolt.
