It is rather obvious that Ford decided to concentrate on the 148" medium roof to get the production line in operation. Every one I have seen or that is listed in dealer inventory (even if not there) are this size. They do have all 3 engines in production. Suspect when they get this variety perfected, they will start producing additional flavors. Probably one at a time will be added. That is why there are long deliveries on some models. They simply are not producing that yet. Same goes for color. All seem to be Arctic white with pewter interior.
