Can anyone verify for me the exact "maximum cargo length" in the Transit wagon, BEHIND the second row of seats. In other words, I want to be able to seat the driver and passenger in front, then 1 row of passengers. After that, I'm trying to find the length from the top back of that row of seats to the back door. Thanks!!

Mn651,

I have a 148 WB wagon and hauled 5 sheets of plywood that fit just right (with a half inch to spare) between the back of the first row and the rear doors. bmet

(I've removed the middle two seats of the back row and the drivers side double seat of the the third row. That row has 65" to the rear doors)

Thanks for the replies. I need to regularly) haul stuff about 95" long x 48" x 48". I'm going to try to find one at a dealer (hard to find) to check out. The specs that Ford publishes don't get that specific. But if bmet can haul sheets of plywood, that is a good sign.
