Window sticker is not available on the website and site says $67K.....so $5K dealer mark up? Not bad in this climate.

So you will have to register it in your name to sell it. By ordering it via COVP, the person who is listed on that document has to sign off on the MSO. Already dealing with that on another customer and that is what you have to do to sell it.

Dealer fees involved in getting a factory direct van? What fees? I just picked mine up from a dealer right from the factory and their was zero fees! The delivery fees are already in the window sticker also so can’t count those. Sounds like your just taking advantage of the market and trying to make a quick $15k.i wish it was 15k over

This is a situation where the buyer has to purchase the Transit from the dealer, pay all the taxes and registration fees, and then sell it. Already dealing with this situation now so it is more than just what you pay for the van...he has added fees to get the title in his name.
Just look at the used Transit on our website. They bought it at the Ford auction and paid over MSRP...see what the sale price is, then look at the mileage.

The dealer link looks like they are trying to sell the van for $68,550.
Who here would be surprised if they would sell it out from under the OP even if it meant they might get their hand slapped by FOMOCO if it is a COVP order.

With all due respect ... it would be easy to put the discussion to bed . Just post an itemization of the the costs you are paying/overpaying. You will find that transparency will go a long way with the members on this forum. Conversely ... well you are getting some of that flavor already.
