At the park with the kids and then this shows up. Few minutes later their partner in crime shows. Sorry it was getting dark, and the DSLR at home.

One with a white bumper.....interesting. I have noticed that the majority of Transits seem to be low roof models. My first impression was "boy, is that an ugly looking vehicle". Now I drive my own and think they look good.

Mine is the one with the white bumper, I'm plastidipping it and all the moldings that are not at the very bottom of the vehicle.

Sorry to bring up this old post, but I can't send a PM yet due to post count and don't want to make useless posts to up my count. Did you ever end up finishing the plastidip? If so do you have any finished pics of it, and how did it hold up? Im looking to do that or paint to try to make our van look more like a family vehicle.

Thanks

Go ahead and make useless posts. Such as on this formerly dead thread. I don't find that annoying. Compared to say thread hijackers.

Thanks for reviving this thread. Hadn't seen white bumpers before. But I don't think the OP's Transit is the one with the white bumpers.

Over on the sprinter forums, user geek plexi dipped his whole van. It is quite a long thread but you can get some more information on plexi dip starting around page 90.
