on some vehicles, no OBD reader is needed to see engine fault codes. it's usually in a "diag" mode in the menus somewhere. is this possible on our vans?
i carry a bluetooth OBD reader in the van, and can read the codes with my phone, but it would be more reliable and convenient if the van could give me the info itself.
(current code: P051b, which indicates "Crankcase Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance". i have an appointment next week to have it looked at.)
