I placed a factory order last week. Just talked to the salesman tonight and they had a block of 5 Transits ordered as "stock"
They managed to substitute mine for one of them(verified by Ford) . He claims 8 weeks or less for delivery....we'll see how that goes.

T250, med. roof, lwb, ecoboost, trailer package, charcoal cloth, alum. wheels, vermillion red, side door and rear door glass, side door step, int. and ext. upgrade pks, rear view camera, 3;73 L/S etc.

Have my window sticker now. Van was built Nov. 25? Approx 11 weeks from order.

Ordered mine 11/3 and they're telling me I have a 12/15 build date. I have a VIN, but not a window sticker. If that is true, that's a little over six weeks to build. I'm not holding my breath, but maybe they are getting their act together. We will see.

that sort of time frame isn't too bad at all, good considering all they would have to do from the time it rolls off the line to when it gets into your hands

Red Van Man, I'm in BC as well. Which dealership did you go with?

I have been building my van with a dealership in North Van but haven't pulled the trigger yet. My dealer also said 6-8 weeks wait time for a build.
