I called Ford today because I STILL can't pull up my window sticker. They told me it says it's "In Process" and no longer has a build or ship date and is delayed once again. They opened up a "Claim" for me and said that the claim will be sent to the sales manager who will now be able to get more in depth info as to what the problem is. They said he can now speak to "higher ups" to get detailed info. Has anybody heard of this. Im the one who ordered in May and tried to cancel it but they wouldn't let me because we already had a VIN number.

Per CrewVanMan's post just now, can you go to your dealer and demand a Status Report in writing?
If you could also post the Status Report results on the Have Window Sticker thread, that would be appreciated. ThanksI also ordered May 10th and also have Jan 12 for new Build date, I have a sticker though...

I put a heads up on that MyFord Touch thread, and would vote for continuing the conversation there, as this new problem may affect many new owners currently receiving MFT without the CD player.I guess I could be one who received the wrong units. Mine said it would have cd player but does not. If you know who I should contact let me know.

Have you checked with your dealer to see if they have any info on your build. Checked with mine this AM, it shows order received, no hick-ups but nothing else scheduled. Yours was a week ahead of mine, so wondering.

Have you asked you dealer to email you the name of the railroad and the freight car number for your Transit? CrewVanMan may be able to help you track it on your own.Oh my gosh... I swear my van doesn't even exist! I seriously HATE FORD right now!
Here is the latest update as of an hour ago.
"The system shows it was due on the 14th, but it isnt here or even in Salt lake City yet. Yesterday the system shows it in Armourdal KS. I messaged their status department and asked what the heck is going on? They are supposed to respond in 2 hours."
They say it was turned over on 2/5.
Per bobojay's suggestion that Union Pacific is the likely railroad, perhaps the UP site has a tracking function?I have the rail car number but don't know the company. It starts with T0Ax. What company would that be and how do I track it?
