I called Ford today because I STILL can't pull up my window sticker. They told me it says it's "In Process" and no longer has a build or ship date and is delayed once again. They opened up a "Claim" for me and said that the claim will be sent to the sales manager who will now be able to get more in depth info as to what the problem is. They said he can now speak to "higher ups" to get detailed info. Has anybody heard of this. Im the one who ordered in May and tried to cancel it but they wouldn't let me because we already had a VIN number.

Per CrewVanMan's post just now, can you go to your dealer and demand a Status Report in writing?
If you could also post the Status Report results on the Have Window Sticker thread, that would be appreciated. ThanksI also ordered May 10th and also have Jan 12 for new Build date, I have a sticker though...
I will e mail my sales man now and request that Status report.

I had my friend in Dearborn check on Sweetb728 Transit....it has been scheduled for build on 1/19/2015. Another friend of mine who ordered the T-350 HR Ext with Builders Prep package is scheduled for 1/16/2015

PeterR may need to see if the current TRANSIT owners who are getting their MFT radios have the CD. My contact states the vendor shipped the wrong radios and some may have been installed.
I put a heads up on that MyFord Touch thread, and would vote for continuing the conversation there, as this new problem may affect many new owners currently receiving MFT without the CD player.I guess I could be one who received the wrong units. Mine said it would have cd player but does not. If you know who I should contact let me know.
