How many people have ended up stranded? 2600 miles on my new 2015 350HD and rear gears are gone. Literally, gone! Haven't hauled more than 500lbs and been super easy so everything could break in.
What are your experiences? Planned to build into a family camper but instead it's for sale. Can't afford to put lipstick on a pig! Last Ford was in 99 and see nothing has changed. Found on road dead! That's me and my new ride.

Sorry to hear that. Fortunately, yours is the only rear end failure to be reported on this forum... and, we DO tend to report on every issue we experience, big and small. And, there are a good number of heavy haulers here. This is what warranties are for.

That's my guess. Gotta love those desk-top PDIs. You know - the ones where the techni... someone sits at a desk and fills out the Pre-Delivery Inspection form.

If you quit a car brand because of one problem you will be walking. All cars break down and some are lemons but they will cover that stuff.

The Transit will be my 10 the Ford, all have had problems, none ever quit though.... Good luck get it repaired that is what warranty is for
