It really depends on when the computer was set and how they've been driving. If that's all been in town, that's not bad. My Ford Edge will read that MPG if I'm driving around town. Get on the interstate and hit "reset" and it jumps to 22MPG. At 14.5 MPG that van is just about doing what my Edge does only it hauls nearly twice the number of passengers plus cargo.
