It will if you design for it. Mine will have a full 80x60 N/S queen. From just short of the back doors to just behind the B-Pillars is 80 inches. For the 60" dimension the bed has to sit above the wheel wells. My bed is full time and permanent so you have to be willing to give up some things maybe - like a kitchen, bathroom, baby changing table, a work out room...

A swivel passenger seat helps ease the pain.

 

Size wise it will fit, but take up a lot of room. The other thread in post #2 has lots of ideas for making it less of a space hog. In many build threads are other people's methods for making beds smaller during the day.

 

We've never been able to find sheets that are a perfect fit. We normally just get close then tuck the rest neatly under the back of the mattress which seems to work pretty well. The real trouble is the small bed. Sleeping too closely seems to increase friskiness that's when the sheets get a little messed up.
