I think that level of armoring wont be possible as due to power and size there's just MORE they can do.I'm not sure, are you thinking along the lines of the Brinks Trucks type of armored vehicle?

Perhaps with the HS chassis and cab Transits, but they do seem to have a contract with freightliner. Although its possible to use a cassis and bad transit for a paddywagon i suppose. Here we have Econoline paddy wagons, basically look like ambulances...
