Has anyone installed windows that cut the ribbing between the mid and rear panels?
This is a mockup - I've outlined in blue the ribbing between the mid and rear factory window cutouts.
Is this going to jeopardize the integrity of the van, or lead to noise and vibration issues?

Has anyone installed aftermarket windows that cut the ribbing between the mid and rear panels (e.g. are wider than the factory rear quarter panel window)?

I put in a similar sized sliding window.i just cut through it all then used brutal tape on the inside to have a uniform thickness.i laid it out on the inside used a angle grinder with a cutting wheel from the inside making two short cuts on the top and one on each side,then went outside and traced the opening with a cardboard template ,put on masking tape to avoid scratching the paint and cut out with a jig saw
