I ordered our 2021 250 with the Adventure package and I thought it was going to come with the Upfitter switches but it didn't. I got the extra wiring harness, just no switches. Does anyone know if I was supposed to get the switches? The marketing package for the Adventure package showed a picture of them so I assumed I would.

It doesn’t come with the upfitter option, but allows you to add it as an additional upgradable feature for an additional charge. Basically you would just order that option. 67C

Well it looks like I blew that. Can it be installed after the fact?
Do you have the large console or medium console?

If you have the large console, you could probably purchase the switches and any needed harnesses.

If you have the medium console, you can still purchase the parts to change it to the large console, just a little more involved.

That is why you should have received the preview order for your Transit so you would see all of the options on it. Using the 2021 Ford Transit Order Guide might have helped you or having got on the CrewVanMan 2021 B-O-B Transit Service last year would have possible got you the Transit you wanted.

The extra wiring harness you got was probably as part of the Heavy Duty Trailer Tow package. Was that one of the options you ordered?

Yes I did get the heavy duty tow package and the trailer brake controller. I did get the preview but thought the modified vehicle wiring option included the switches.
