Has anyone actually installed a crew or super crew floor in a Transit cargo van? I'm seriously considering this, I was just looking for some feedback and photos. The photos on the Abilitrax website are just mock ups. Thanks

I recently added some pricing info that I got from speaking directly to an Abilitrax sales rep. They are trying to work with Line-X shops to become dealers and installers of their "system". I suggested that they should try to develop a seat base that would be compatible with OEM seats. This MAY be something they will add in the future......that would sure be nice because there are probably alot of oem seats out there for sale and I'd like to be able to match any "added" seats to the factory driver and front passenger seats.
There system is pretty spendy, but it does offer the flexibility that Ford does NOT currently offer. Still can't believe Ford doesn't see the benefit of a crew van or 4x4 to compete with others!

I just bought a crew 2015 Transit 250 and I'm trying to take out the Abilitrax floor and row of seats because I don't want them. I'm in New England, and just joined up in my quest figure out how this can be removed. Looking to sell the floor panel, bulkhead and seats when I get them out! :D

Are you installing the OEM seats in a cargo van yourself? What is your (planned) installation method? Curious because I am considering purchase of a used cargo van and want to have the ability to have the option to carry passengers when needed.

I looked seriously at that system but did not want to have to use tools to remove the seats, or spend that much. The fold away Freedman works better for the occasional need of extra seats for me.

I had the OEM rails installed. The seats are triple/triple. The third row is wider than the second but both are three seaters.I filled between the floor ribs with sound deadener and phiso board to make it level, then 1/2 phiso board and 1/2 ply. The goal was to bring the height of the ply to match the OEM rails so you have a nice finished product.
