I’m trying to locate B+ or constant power in the fuse panel below the steering wheel, unfortunately my multimeter’s leads are to big to fit in the holes so I cannot figure out what is what, can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

No help here on which fuse to tap. Alternatively, grab it from the battery or power panel under the driver's seat... or C33E connector under the driver's seat... or CCP1 on the side of the driver's seat. All of those are very easy to route up under the dash.
