Something punctured the paint somehow. Almost looks like weld splatter, maybe from PDI happening in the body shop?

Would not hurt to try to get the dealer to do a warranty repair considering how new it is. If that doesn’t work, Ford sells some pretty nice touch up pens. It has a polishing tip to prep the are, then a basecoat, then a top coat. You’ll need to dig in a remove that contamination, but following the instructions results in a nearly imperceivable paint repair. I’ve done it a few times on my car due to gravel damage.

The dealer may warranty it. I had a Mustang that got acid rain damage and they painted the whole car under warranty. It wasn't near as good as the factory paint but that's another story Moral of the story is they covered it.
