Something punctured the paint somehow. Almost looks like weld splatter, maybe from PDI happening in the body shop?
Would not hurt to try to get the dealer to do a warranty repair considering how new it is. If that doesn’t work, Ford sells some pretty nice touch up pens. It has a polishing tip to prep the are, then a basecoat, then a top coat. You’ll need to dig in a remove that contamination, but following the instructions results in a nearly imperceivable paint repair. I’ve done it a few times on my car due to gravel damage.
