Yes, Now what to do. We we went to Chatham Ford for an oil change and to have this issue checked out. They said it was the side air bag connector that was "Wonkie" is the best way to describe the techs hand motion and should be replaced. However they don't know if or what parts are available or "how to do this work". Not under warranty cause we insulated the crew roof...We made a sweet minimum converstion and were very careful installing with Havelock insulation.
Any body having side air bag problems?

thank you!
Hello, Good Morning, Well, We took our 2020 transit crew to Colonial Ford in Plymouth, Ma. to resolve the problem with the airbag issue which Chatham Ford bungled. Chatham Ford mistreated us, didn't put the headliner back together properly and blew us off!
Happy Day! We were treated like human beings at Colonial Ford by John at the service desk and by Karl the shop foreman. They took care of the issue...a bad Yellow side airbag connector, showed us the problem and ordered the part which is covered by the warranty!
Thank you John and Karl at Colonial Ford in Plymouth, Ma. We will be back for our regular service.

STAY AWAY FROM CHATHAM FORD ON CAPE COD!

Glad that you found a decent service department. Sometimes they are hard to find.
