Thanks for posting, should have mine in about a week.

Looks like the headliner extends further past the back of the seats than I had seen before, I’m planning on putting my bathroom there but looks like I’m still going to be dealing with the airbags.

Also does the slider have the full passenger trim on it?

The "tiny" bit of headliner in my Cargo feels cool to the touch with full sun and mid 90s temp. Wonder if the entire headliner on this van will be the same? Wondering if the headliner has some kind on insulation behind it? Nice van!!

Yep, slider has full trim on it like a passenger van.

Love the pics, thanks for sharing. I expect mine to get built in a few weeks, and this is helping me plan. Exciting!

That floor looks like 1 to 1.25" EPS foam on the ribs. I might consider keeping that and just filling in the gaps for a little extra insulation. Are you going to reuse the stepwell trim?

I like the 2 cupholders in the driver side trim. Eventually when I have a seat that sits further back, that second one might come in handy.

Keep the pics coming!

I plan on using the stock stepwell. Wasn’t planning on using that much insulation on the floor but it will be nice to have the flooring at the stock level. It was really easy to remove the flooring, not glued down at all, just life’s right out

Hi,

I noticed on the driver side cargo area there's a black bar that butts up to the air bag. It's not on the passenger side. Do you know why it's there and what it is? For those of us that want to add over head cabinets, does it look like it will be a problem to installation?

TIA

I would recommend installing some of them nice Husky floor mats or simular to protect the floor.
Once the floor gets dirty it's kinda hard to get it to look good/new again .
I wish I would've done the mats as i'm scratchin my head wondering how i'm gonna get my vinyl floor to look new again.

Got my van Sunday and tore into it yesterday. Removed the headliner and took a few of the airbags if anyone is curious.

I didn’t get a pic of it and already took seat out but airbag goes past the seats basically the length of the floor. Going to have to still work around them for my shower/toilet.

how did you remove the rear headliner piece...the hard plastic part that has the 2 visible plastic clips/plugs securing it. I tried removing those clips/plugs and it was nearly impossible to yank them even a quarter of an inch. I gave up :(

The main plugs are really long so I had to order a better trim tool kit and it has the pliers to pull the clips out that worked great. I bought this one and like it so far, much stiffer plastic than first kit I bought

Amazon.com: 19Pcs Trim Removal Tool,Car Panel Door Audio Trim Removal Tool Kit, Auto Clip Pliers Fastener Remover Pry Tool Set with Storage Bag: Automotive

Then once you get those out there are just 2 small clips olding the headliner to roof, just popped those out with one of the tools.

Then remove front clips and you can separate from front headliner. There are 2 magnets holding it to the roof which is nice. Don't forget to disconnect the lights before dropping it down
