We have a 2019 Transit 250 cargo van that we use for our detailing business. What are my options to change out and upgrade my factory radio and the small backup camera screen it has? We use apple devices so it would be nice, I guess, to have the wireless apple car play. Really would like a bigger better backup camera screen.

Check out Crutchfield. They have a tool that tells you what fits and what parts you need once you put your van info in. We put a Pioneer NEX model that we got from them in and it works wirelessly with CarPlay and has a bigger screen for the backup camera. We got all of the parts they recommended for fitment and it worked out. Our van is a 2019 passenger wagon.
I'm using the backup camera that came with the van. It's not the best quality but it works fine enough. I sometimes wish I had one mounted higher, my bike rack blocks it a bit. I didn't install the radio. I ordered all the parts through Crutchfield. I just ordered what they said I needed. I brought all of the parts to a local guy I found on Yelp and he put it in for around $100 or so while I waited. The kit came with a dash insert to accommodate the bigger screen. I don't think it's beyond a DIYer it was just worth that amount to have someone that does it all the time do it for me. There was some minor dash cutting involved and it did take him longer than he was thinking to work out some kinks. In the end I was glad I took it somewhere to have it done.
