My 2017 Wagon should start building this week, and I'm reviewing my list of things I want/need to pickup. Hoping some 2017 owners can provide some feedback on these items.

1) Has the air filter nightmare/recall issue been redesigned on the 2017 model? Any issues?

2) Does the 2017 come with the in cabin air filter or will I need to pick one up?

3) Do the Ionic running boards fit the 2017 model? Their website says they're for the 2015-2016 model. I'd like to order the 39" and 100".

Thanks

In looking at the recently released BEMM very little has changed. I would be pretty surprised if the Ionic boards did not fit the 2017.

I am surprised some of our 2017 guys haven't been able to answer either of the other two questions yet. I will make a bold prediction and state that neither has changed but that is purely pulled from thin air.

WeatherTech no drill mud flaps are a real pain in the ass. I didn't get past the front left and took them back. Would have been a lot easier to use drill mud flaps.

don't really need mud flaps in the rear even though I bought them. With the plastic molding on the quarter panels.
Not going to go with front mud flaps now either with the ionic running boards. They should take care of any flying stones.

Great info, Suitcase. I'd not thought about the ionic running boards serving a similar purpose.
