I found the 2015 BEMM but the 2017 supposedly has some modifications of it's own.

Anyone find a link to this manual? 2017 BEMM I sure would appreciate it!

Usually corps like Ford utilize the same format on URLs and you can play around with them and find the materials you need. In this case I'm of the firm belief that the 2017 BEMM is not available.

FORD JUST updated the BEMM. (October 2016) it still says for 2015... but it has 2017 in the line... ???

You are quite right they have updated it, page 139 is a great example of how it has been updated.
