I had terrible whistling and crosswinds on my HR van until I bought wind guards for over the windows (driver side & passenger side). It used to actually toss the van about until I got them. Crazy easy fix. Now at 85 mph, no noise, no crosswinds, and it doesn't blow all over the road. Hope this helps! Make sure you get the right ones for your roof size. https://www.amazon.com/Voron-Glass-...InFzcCI6IjAuMDAifQ==&s=automotive&sr=1-2&th=1

Curious if everyone else's experience is similar to ours: the loudest wind noises are on the leeward side in a crosswind for us. IOW, if the wind is blowing from the driver's side, it's the passenger's side door that is loud.

Also, we got a bit of improvement by adding the wind deflector things. Not a cure, for sure; but it's better.

We have the rubber seal but haven't installed it yet. One possible good-combo thing is the above wind deflectors allow the windows to be cracked without risk of rain while parked. Thinking that might help with the pressure from the air-tight problem.

Yep same here…it really has to be quite windy too for this to happen and straight on headwinds not
much of an issue there, it’s those nasty crosswinds…

There's another thread on this right now as well. Crosswind makes the leeward door /really/ loud. Adjusting it might help; but adding more gasket material seems to help most. Down-side is it removes the venting that the lower door offers and makes your ears pop when you close a door. And you have to close the doors hard since there's less pressure relief.

We found these things help a bit; but not in the worst situations.

Thanks! These look helpful…as long as they don’t fall off!
