The ramp has worked great for a bed frame. The only modification I made is to remove the steel pieces that would normally rest on the truck bed when using it as a ramp. It's not quite as wide as my double air mattress so I add a 2x4 across the van as well for a little more width.

I used these liners in my E250 for 19 years. I can't remember if they were the same brand, but they look identicle. I had gray. The plastic was very tough. Much more so than Ford's plastic cardboard which I have in my Transit now. The plastic cardboard is cut around the metal protrusions. Bodyguard covered everything. No metal showing anywhere. They even wrapped completely around the D pillars. It was nice throwing stuff in the van and not having to worry about scratching paint or denting metal. Also, the panels are contoured to the cargo van walls. This allowed about 6~8 more inches of room from side to side. Very important for handlebars. I felt like the panels were indestructible. I insulated behind them and installed E-track directly on top. The plastic is solid not fluted like Ford's offering. So I was able to torque down anything to it. Ford's panels require an anti-crush washer for every bolt hole. If I had to do it again I would go with bodyguard style liners.

I just purchased a 2019, 148 turbo diesel. It had factory installed panels in it. I had to remove bottom ones to have Linex done on floor of van. I went to reinstall panels and there are clips for back side of panel and plastic comets at very bottom of the lower panels. How do I re-install the clips on bottom rear side on bottom row of the panel.

The clips install on the back side (using the push pins) of the panel in advance. Then insert those into the rectangular holes and let the panel drop down a bit to engage them. Then install the rest of the push pins.

All the best,
