Features
This van has been an amazing home for 2 years, but times change. I hope to sell it to someone who will appreciate it as much as I have! This layout is extremely homey and livable!

Chassis
Currently has only 41k miles. Built out as a camper at 15k miles. The conversion van has primarily seen highway miles. High top standing height of over 6’4″

Booth : dining booth with fixed table and seating for three. And swivel front passenger seat

Fridge : Engel SB70F 12v

Stove : 3 burner gas stove, 5 gal refillable propane tank, sealed propane cabinet

Sink : removable 5 gal fresh and 5 gal waste tanks, hand pump

Table : Stove leaf converts to accessory table

Curtains : full black out divider, velcro on window cover

Floor: wood grain sheet vinyl

Walls: Cedar tongue and groove paneling Lights – 12v warm glow LEDs. Bed,kitchen, and living room zone switches.

Bed: 5” gel top Queen sized memory foam mattress, plywood elevated platform

Garage: 3 pairs Gear Drawers – 3x 3’ deep, 2’ wide, 1’ tall, 250lb slides

Window : passengers side with crank lowers

Radio: Double DIN touch screen with backup camera, bluetooth, and switch to turn on while parked

Sound: 8” Kicker aux subwoofer. Aux switch for radio power with key off

Solar: 300W of low profile rooftop panels, Tracer 4210 MPPT controller

Batteries: 310AH aux SLA batteries, isolator to charge from alternator when key is on

Heater: Webato Airtop 2000STC gasolinel cabin heater, timer controller, high altitude kit

Power: 12v USB outlets, 1500w inverter with 120v wall outlet Insuation – R13 denim in walls/ceiling. Foam insulated floors

Vent: Fantastic 3 speed rain sensing

Garage: Storage bay – Room for two bikes

It is a 3.7L V6. The chassis is all stock per a rear wheel drive Transit 250 XL Tall Roof 148" Wheel Base. It does not have house AC.
