2016 Transit 350HD a/c blower location?

Does anyone know where the a/c blowers are. My 350HD blow cold air front and back but the rear airflow has become very weak. Isn't there separate blowers for the front and back?

Any help would be appreciated. I am not a mechanic but can fix minor things on my own with the help of youtube.

left rear corner. if the rear fan motor gets louder as you turn up the speed, maybe a duct has been dislodged. They run along the roof behind the headliner

Does the rear fan have a separate speed control?

Yes it has a separate control that works. As in - I can hear the fan blowing more intensely as I turn the knob.

I took apart the rear panels and it turns out the duct from the blower was not a tight fit with the duct leading to the vents. No way I can see to put them right either. I am thinking design flaw. Anyway, I used duct tape to seal them together. DUCT TAPE!!!!

I once used duct tape on an HVAC duct myself. Just the once though.
