Im looking to install removable bench seats (for three kids) into my Ford Transit 250 Cargo van. I know the passenger version has built in hook ups for this, but I may need some type of aftermarket for this.
This has been discussed and detailed many, many times here as it is one of the most popular upgrades for cargo van owners.
The easiest way is to purchase a used Transit seat and the rails that bolt to the floor. Drill new holes in your floor, reinforce the floor in those areas and bolt the rails in with Grade 8 bolts and lock washers. Obviously be careful where you drill as you will likely be poking a hole over the top of the fuel tank (drop the tank to be safe and have room to work).
Check the classified section here for seats. You will likely find some near you so you don't have to deal with shipping. You can also post a Want To Buy ad in that section if you do not find any and someone might know where some are, just be sure to add your geographical location.

Call Jer at Base-Fab- He has a few top notch solutions for you. I went with the L track system with unwins on some mercedes metris seats I got off ebay. Apparently they have a full flooring shipment on the way from Europe in October, which is the ideal solution imo- we just could not wait until then.
These are not the least expensive options but most modular. We have a kiddo and I wanted a seat that we could easily take in and out but also flip around.
