2018 Transit- 3 Bare wires on driver and passenger side rear wall

I bought a used 2018 Transit 250 cargo van. I have three wires coming down the interior walls just above the floor on both sides of the rear cabin. The wires are insulated until they are about two inches above the floor at which point they are exposed. There is a black plastic cover preventing anyone from touching them. Are they the ground wires? Or are they three phase power hook ups? The van has a small inverter. But I'm not really sure what the heck they are.

I looked through the BEMM, it only shows an over head view of the ground locations, which are approximately where these wires are located. But I'm not certain.

I'll take some pics when I get home. But I was hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Thanks

They are ground wires. Not sure what they ground.

They are the grounds for the tail lights, The backup camera and other options for the rear of the van.
