Interior cargo lights stopped working
FIXED the fuse box diagram I had was wrong. Its F32 (10A) not F25 (7.5A) and on the '19's at least, its hidden behind a twin 10A fused power off-take from F34 -Grrrrrrr!
2019, 148" mid roof, 250 EcoBoost with 4 LEDs in the cargo area (2 over the rear doors and 2 in the C pillar ceiling bow.
Three weeks ago, I unplugged the front 2 interior LEDs to fit a ceiling panel. Like an idiot, I left the power on and the doors open while doing this - so they were powered up and working.
I reconnected them once and all was good.
Then I had to disconnect them again. When I reconnected a second time, all 4 cargo are lights stopped working.
At first I thought I had blown the fuse and/or got the polarity of the LEDs reversed,
I have checked and rechecked the fuse but its OK.
I checked the circuit with a multi-meter and confirmed there is no power in the cargo LED circuit.
The dome lights work fine.
I have now been working on this for 2 days straight and am completely stumped.
The fuse is OK but there is now power in the circuit.
I cant find any other upstream fuses or relays.
I am out of ideas.
Any body got any ideas?
