What? That makes no sense at all. 99% of swivel installs are the passenger seat, be it right or left depending on your country. Weird.

I got my Scopema from Travois. It took about two months to receive. I asked for a refund a couple times but the guy kept promising and came through. His price was much better than NomadVanz, at around $280 or so plus shipping. I paid $350 via Paypal. Worth the wait? Not sure yet, I haven't even seen it in person. Will later today.

Hello.

We no longer sell the passenger-side swivels. However, we do have the driver-side swivels and hand brake adapters. The swivels are very stable. If there is any movement, it is not appreciably perceptible.

Shipping cost can be calculated at our online store by making a mock order.

I'm not sure what all the fuss with Discount Truck and Van is about. I ordered from them (passenger side swivel) and got it in a week. It took me about an hour to install. (longest part was having to take the plug from the airbag apart and put it back after threading it through the swivel hole. The holes on the mounting plate weren't perfect, but they were close enough so that I could loose mount all of them then tighten them up. All in all, a simple mod and a heck of a lot cheaper than anything else I could find (199 bucks)

You had better luck than I have ever had with them.

Kudos!

I had to drill two completely new holes that didnít exist in the swivel for the 10-way power leather seats in the swivels r us version. Matched the seat correctly on one side just fine but either they missed drilling the matching holes or it wasnít designed to fit the power seats. Made it work and itís solid now.

I decided to drill my Discount Van and Truck unit and make it work. It was a pain, but I got it done. I would not recommend. I would find something of better quality, even if it is an extra $150, its a 40,000 van after all.

Anyone else have a problem with the wiring on the Discount Van Truck swivel?

When run through the center nut, it hits the slider center supports on my new 18 transit. Can no longer slide the seats fore and aft without tearing up the wiring. Did it today, now I have "Service Beltminder" and have to re-splice it all.

Must be missing something?

I installed with same issue. I did get more length on my cable by disconnecting the plastic cable anchors and rerouting slack and zip tied.

I do not have full range of slider but I don't need it to go back to full position anyway.

My biggest issue was the top rail mounting hardware was to long with kit and we're bottoming out on heads of bottom not allowing it to fully tighten or rotate. Shorter bolts and all works great without wobbles very solid base.
