It will not. The clearance between the hitch and door is too close...meaning the door will hit the portion that plugs into the hitch before it can open.

This seems like a great idea, but appears that it would completely cover the cam.

I'll try to get some pictures of how blocked the camera is with the Solo installed.

We don't do a rack that swings to the left because the danger of it swinging into traffic is too risky.
