Thumbs up X Plan for all Veterans

All,

I never paid any attention to the VETERAN's ADVANTAGE Program, because I knew I could get the X Plan through the DAV (Disabled American Veterans).

Was talking with a buddy who never served in combat, never wounded and in fact never left the U.S. He is ordering a new Mustang with the X Plan and I asked him, how? He told me about the membership benefits of the VETERAN's ADVANTAGE Program, one of them is X Plan pricing with Ford.

So, if you are a U.S. Veteran, of any era, no matter where you served, you might want to look into joining. $59.95 a year, less if you join for multiple years.

It has a lot more discounts available, sort of like a AAA membership for Vets.

If you are a Veteran, and thinking of buying a Ford, no matter which model, you'll save thousands more than the membership price, by being a member, on a Ford.

Thumbs up Attention Veterans

Want to refresh the Thread , since we have a lot of new members, so that any Veterans thinking of ordering a Transit are aware of the X - Plan pricing available to you in thanks for your service to our Country.

Another benefit of the X - Plan pricing, is that it limits the dealer document fee to a maximum of $100.00, no matter what they normally charge.

Thumbs up Attention all Veterans

Want to refresh this Thread so that all the 2017 purchasers who are Veterans, are aware of a big discount available to you and your family. Ford truly wants to Thank You for our service

The other advantage, other than the price, is that the dealer, per their agreement with Ford, can't charge you more than $100.00 for doc fees, no matter what they normally charge (unless it is less)

Thank you for the FYI. I have been getting a discount through a friend who works for Ford. My understanding is employees are given a limited number of discount codes for family members and friends. The family member discount is really deep, the friends one nice but not so deep.
Do you know if the X-plan is equal to the family discount or friends?
I better join the Veterans Advantage.

Thanks,
Brother.

VietVet,

Don't know which the friends plan is. At the time of my purchase, X plan was a discount of $3,308.76 , "D" plan was $5,183. , "A/Z was $5,283.00. Hope that helps.

If you are a member of DAV, you won't have to get Veteran's advantage, so even if not wounded, any Agent Orange disabilities would do it.

Veteran's Advantage has a lot of other discounts that go along with it, airlines, dining, shopping etc, so it's not a bad deal either.
