    KLP,

I've enjoyed looking through your pictures of your sienna seats in the Transit - very helpful. I recently purchased a 15 passenger (long wheel base - not the extended) so I think it is the same size you have. I'm hoping you can direct me to some sources or perhaps answer a few questions for me!

1). With the track system, did you have room for another (3rd row)? I am hoping to do 3 rows of 2 seats. Based on the Ford Expedition forum and pics it looks like even fully extended at 53 inches per seat, if there is some overlap (foot rest under head rest) it might work.

2). Is there a way to use the track system as you've done and combine that with a swivel mechanism as well?

3). Do you think there would be a way to adapt the tracks you've installed to the existing stock seat attachments? I know you probably don't know since you had a different model - but perhaps you know others that have tried.

Again - I appreciate all the pictures you have posted!

    Best,

    ryjoba

The 1/4" carpeted panels I just used self tapping screws to secure them in place.

I will say that this van has so many odd angles and no drill Boron areas it does make it quite a challenge but you have the window version so it will make it a little easier as far as the amount of panels you will need to make.

I do love the yellow bird build , the seats were quite the score too those look gorgeous.

My name is Ryan and feel free to text me anytime you have a question I might be able to answer , I'm in Canada so the long distance costs might kill us both otherwise.

250 852 1105 is my number and don't hesitate to message me anytime. Gorgeous Husky Supermoto too by the way , my first van was built mainly for Hauling my KTM Supermoto to races

Sorry I had read you were sending a message Kurt but I didn't get it until I logged into my laptop. I even went back and checked again on my phone (I do most of my searching all things Van on it) and still don't have a message on the Transit site on it , so sorry for the delay.

The track I picked the straightest and strongest line in the body panels to start with the L track. For the most part I drilled and used stainless 1/4 x 20 with nylock nuts on the backside but there are some places where you don't have access to the back and you must use rivnuts but these places for the most part were few and far between and the L track has mounting locations almost every 4 inches so if it was even all just rivnuts it would still be quite stout.

more to come I guess theres a word limit haha
