Inside door handle assembly pops out.

My door handle assembly on the inside drivers door has popped out and will not stay in place after I snap it back in. Have checked and don't see that anything might be broken, all tabs appear to be intact so it should stay. I have to be very careful when I pull it to open the door that it does not come out each time.

Anyone else had this?

Nope.

Here's an oddity I had today, which is not worth its own thread (yet!): The volume control on the radio was doing its own thing when I left the house this morning. I think it was changing as I turned the steering wheel. It soon stopped.

There is a setting for how much the radio volume increases with speed. Might have something to do with it.

Interesting thought. I have that feature disabled. But, if it was temporarily enabled/confused, that would be a better cause than, say, an electrical short in the steering wheel control cluster.

Could also be a defective clock spring.
