Somebody posted a link to the owners manual which shows how to remove seats. It is similar to E150 wagon. I think the post was yesterday on this forum.

I'm only up to page 150 in that Owner's Guide and the only thing I've seen (so far) on removable seats is for the 12 and 15 passenger wagons. I'm looking to buy an 8 passenger regular wheelbase low roof wagon. I'm getting conflicting reports from local Ford dealer on the 8 pass.
I'm hoping someone here has seen one in person, maybe at a Tour event , and can report what they saw.

Does anyone know if or when the crew package, rear bench seat, in the cargo van will become available? I have asked several of local dealers and they all seem to be clueless.
Are there any aftermarket options available for a rear seat?
Thanks

I was in a dealer yesterday and told them I wanted to add a second row or two. They are gonna get back to me. I'm sure the parts dept can order extra seats.
I'm in agreement that most dealers are clueless. Todd

I had 1 dealer try to build a wagon and delete the side glass but leave the seating, didn't work

I was able to stand up in the medium roof. I was thinking I would like wagon but I will just beat the inside up hauling stuff. I like the 148" length, plenty of space, but I need the crew style to really meet my needs if I'm gonna have a car payment again.

The wagon floor is higher so with that and a headliner I don't know if I can stand in it. Todd

Your easiest way is have it done buy yourself, crew cab cargo.
I talked with the guys who did the American Pickers Transit. Look @ the Dearborn transit tour thread for the link.
Dealers are clueless-stupid, there product is great, but they DONT KNOW

I picked up their literature but have no idea how their seats and tracks are priced. Looked pretty slick with wheels on the seats etc. The other option is of course aftermarket seats from upfitters like Sportsmobile but I believe the mounting is not really engineered and approved for non-RV use despite looking like real seats and restraints.
